We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Clothing must not have been worn, worn, altered or washed;
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order (outside of the holiday season).

How to do it : 

  • Contact us by email with your order number, a picture of the defect item and the reason for the return or exchange: jolla.activewear@gmail.com
  • Go to the nearest post office to send us your order. 

* Except for exceptions (manufacturing defects), we do not cover the shipping costs of the exchange or return.
